Magic: The Gathering players wanting more Lord of the Rings cards to be printed might be in luck.
According to a comment on Facebook left by a Wizards of the Coast representative, the company is still able to do more print runs of its popular Universes Beyond crossover set, The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth.
"The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth products such as Set Boosters and Commander Decks are eligible for reprint," states Wizards Play Network Community Manager Nelson Brown. "Production of this set is not formally discontinued."
Brown did go on to specify that he is not aware of any plans to do so even though it's well within the company's rights to print more.
"I don't have any details around when more may be printed or added to the market," he says.
According to TCGPlayer, the current market price for an unopened Set Booster box of The Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle-Earth is right around $162.00 each.
